Creating and Utilizing a Series

A Series allows you to group events and manage class structures (PAX) for a specific date range.

Creating the Series

  1. Navigate to the Series tab in your management dashboard.

  2. Define the Series Name and Date Range.

    Note: Event dates must fall within this range to be valid. The system automatically creates a default series for the current year (e.g., "2026").

  3. Set up Classes:

    • Manual: Create custom Pax Classes with specific index modifiers.
    • Automatic: Click Use SCCA 2026 Classes to auto-populate the list with standard class names and indexes.
  4. Create Groups (Optional): Click New Group to name a specific Pax Group (e.g., "Pro Class," "Novice"). Note that this is for naming purposes; classes are not legally tied to groups in the backend logic.
